Please note: The pickup and/or drop-off location may vary depending on the selected service. You will be informed of any changes during the processing of your booking by our team.
Your Price
Concerning Transfers in Belgium:
- Additional charge for pick-up from Zaventem Airport to suburban town between €37 and €56, depending on type of vehicle.
- After-hours extra charge from 8:00pm to 7:00am of 10% depending for all type of vehicles
- Additional charge for delay longer than 30 minutes (by 30 minutes time bracket) between €25 and €37, depending on type of vehicle
Driver’s Compensation:
- Driver’s meal (Every 8 hours garage / garage) : €18
- Lodging in/outside Belgium (included room + breakfast) : €125
Payment terms:
All first services must be prepaid. Afterwards payment is due at receipt of the invoice.
Cancellation rules: (excepted orders and special events)
- Cancellation 2 days prior before 6:00 pm: no charge (except special conditions)
- Cancellation 2 days prior between 6:00 pm and 12:00 am: 30% of the service requested
- Cancellation 1 days prior between 12:00 am and 06:00 pm: 50% of the service requested
- Cancellation 1 days prior between 06:01 pm and the day himself: 100% of the service requested
General Terms:
Prices do not include: parking fees, toll fees, entrance to museums, phone calls from the driver’s mobile.
Likewise Luxury Lines Limousine Services cannot be taken responsible for bad traffic or conditions caused by traffic accidents, strikes or in case of absolute necessity.
We are not responsible for valuables left in the car.
Pick-up and trip back to the garage represent 60 minutes (included in the price).
Extra charge for all pick-up or drop-off out of Brussels.
The transfer tarif is for direct journey with no stops from the pick-up to the drop off point and the services ends immediately afterwards.
After 30 minutes waiting, the waiting time will be charged based on our hourly rate applicable to the category of vehicle ordered.
